Crimson Resort and Spa - Mactan Island, Cebu

I fall in love with their hospitality. Whenever and wherever I am walking in the hotel, employees are always greeting with a smile and proper manners.

This resort was wonderful! We were a family of six, and all of us enjoyed our week at Crimson tremendously. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go out of their way to solve whatever question you may have. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the gardens lovely and the spa beautiful. All of the food we had at the resort was delicious - not the cheapest, but worth it. We used the spa several times, took part in an organized snorkeling tour that was great, kayaked, jogged and made good use of the gym, pools and yoga classes. Having visited many resorts in several countries, the Crimson is now our favorite of them all. You rarely see such consistent professionalism combined with outstanding friendliness.

This place is really amazing, from the moment you get there you are greeted by very friendly workers. Cheal from front of office at the lobby as well as Neca and MJ were some of the workers who really outshine. Although they were all amazing, kudos to these 3 for going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The children facilities at the Crimson as well as the water sports were amazing as well as affordable. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

A very good place to stay with our family. You could spend all your holidays there as there is much things to do : beach, swimming pools, restaurants, activities, gym, spa, massage,… But what was the most valuable point was the warmness of the staff : very polite, diligent and with a the smile all the time. Nothing better to reload your batteries!

Excellent service in azure, pool-side, beach, saffron and ENYE! Food in ENYE was sensational!!! Great experience!!!
