Crimson Resort and Spa - Mactan Island, Cebu

This resort was wonderful! We were a family of six, and all of us enjoyed our week at Crimson tremendously. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go out of their way to solve whatever question you may have. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the gardens lovely and the spa beautiful. All of the food we had at the resort was delicious - not the cheapest, but worth it. We used the spa several times, took part in an organized snorkeling tour that was great, kayaked, jogged and made good use of the gym, pools and yoga classes. Having visited many resorts in several countries, the Crimson is now our favorite of them all. You rarely see such consistent professionalism combined with outstanding friendliness.

The resort is very comfortable, clean and well staffed. I had made some requests prior to checkin as my wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. In all aspects of my requests, all staff exceeded my expectations completely. All staff were extremely friendly, considerate and helpful. This started from the time we checked in including car valet staff, concierge staff, checkin staff, pool staff and the restaurant staff (theres plenty of choice of food from all the restaurants operating)The pool area is well maintained and the lifeguard on duty was doing an amazing job. At any time when people were in the pool swimming or just relaxing, his eyes never left the pool. Job very well done. The food for our private dinner at one of 2 Pool Cabanas was exceptional. Beautifully presented and well prepared. None of the dishes we had were at fault. A true credit to the kitchen staff and the chef. Our waiter/server for our private dinner was extremely courteous and helpful. Thanks Ricardo

Amazing resort, beautiful and clean and staff are incredible. If i am ever coming back to Mactan that’s the only place i am staying in. We’ve stayed for 6 nights and loved every single minute there. Rooms are large and comfortable and very clean. The infinity pools are extraordinary and they leave clean beach towels every morning. They have a lovely small veal as well but me and my partner spent our days at the pool ( as we’ve had enough beach time in El Nido) Morning breakfast is so nice and you have two restaurants for it which makes it less busy. Azure beach club has is amazing. Juvz one of the staff has served us for almost the entire stay as we would go there for happy hour and then dinner. He was extremely polite and friendly . And the food omg…I’ve had the clams at least twice and that burger was the best I’ve ever had hah. Hotel offers free shuttle into Cebu which is amazing. The schedule can be improved, but hey…still free shuttle.

The facilities are very well maintained, there are several good options of pools and restaurants, also had a cute little private beach where you can just sit down and relax. The spa was under renovation the time I visited but they opened sepere room and the massage was amazing. I fell asleep during!

The place is amazing, the breakfast was the best I had in a long time. I would definitely go back there for the french toasts. The facilities are spot clean, there's plenty of activities to be done, but also relaxing by the pool is great. We had some hours after check out that we had to wait for our flight, and the staff let us use the facilities until then, so we spent the whole day swimming. Great staff, I am sad I didn't reserve more days here.
