I like the pools (my daughter and her cousins loved it there). I love the beach! We liked the foods at Enye! But missed out eating Puto Maya, more native Katanning please...The buffet staff were very attentive and always service with a smile (we liked that! ) The Hotel Manager and Reception staff exceptional. The Concierge Staff all helpful and lovely people. We love staying at CRIMSON Resort Hotel. I wish I could avail of a Hotel Membership like the Bai Hotel Platinum Membership. I would help a lot budget-wise. Thank you.

This resort was wonderful! We were a family of six, and all of us enjoyed our week at Crimson tremendously. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go out of their way to solve whatever question you may have. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the gardens lovely and the spa beautiful. All of the food we had at the resort was delicious - not the cheapest, but worth it. We used the spa several times, took part in an organized snorkeling tour that was great, kayaked, jogged and made good use of the gym, pools and yoga classes. Having visited many resorts in several countries, the Crimson is now our favorite of them all. You rarely see such consistent professionalism combined with outstanding friendliness.

I was upgraded to a better room The breakfast exceeded my expectation's The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The activities list delivered in the morning. super classy. Room safe, ironing board, refrigerator stocked, espresso coffee maker and tea maker All Staff exceptional. On site money exchange from dollar to Paso at a good rate....pleasant surprise. This place is really amazing, from the moment you get there you are greeted by very friendly workers. Cheal from front of office at the lobby as well as Neca and MJ were some of the workers who really outshine. Although they were all amazing, kudos to these 3 for going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The children facilities at the Crimson as well as the water sports were amazing as well as affordable. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

A very good place to stay with our family. You could spend all your holidays there as there is much things to do : beach, swimming pools, restaurants, activities, gym, spa, massage,… But what was the most valuable point was the warmness of the staff : very polite, diligent and with a the smile all the time. Nothing better to reload your batteries!

Firstly the staff are so amazing and make the place glow The pool was always clean Grounds always cleaned House keeping very attentive and on to it Buffet was amazing!!! Spa was impeccable ask for Raylene if you’re looking for an amazing massage she was unbelievable!
